Refund Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our first priority. In the unlikely event you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately. We accept returns for unopened and unused products 7 days after purchase. Treatments and procedures are non-refundable.

No Show Policy

We will require a Credit Card to hold all appointments. In case of a "No Show" your card will be charged the amount of the procedure booked. This is in order to respect the time of our providers busy schedule and allow our clinic to run smoothly.

Late Policy

If you are more then 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment due to following appointments behind you.

Down Payment/Cancellations

We will require a credit card with the scheduling of all appointments. If you can't make your appointment, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice to allow us to fill that spot with others wanting to get in. If we DO NOT receive a 24 hour notice you will be charged a $75 fee. This is in order to allow for our clinic to run smoothly.
